- Ensuring optimal storage efficiency
- Employee management
- Inventory monitoring and ensuring material availability
- Identifying and resolving issues that impede the flow of work
- Inventory management, monitoring of storage costs
- Permanent optimization of workflows and processes
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, guidelines and quality standards in the warehouse
